Please note:
No, your own blog title is not going to be visible as I've removed it to make way for the Sylvia Plath quote. Sorry, that's the way I've made it. You're more than welcome to edit the image in photoshop/graphics editor though and erase what's there and put yr own thing in.

  1. Can I ask the dumbest question ever? What about this would be different from the old version? I'm using the old version now and I think it's so pretty so I'm just wondering what the advantage of "upgrading" would be.

  2. Haha, not a dumb question at all. I guess the XML template is much easy to alter as it requires no knowledge of html code or anything - just a click-to-edit kinda thing. A lot of people prefer it I guess.... I'm just trying to keep up with demand.
The html templates look pretty different on different browsers but I'm quite impressed that the XML templates look very similar over all browsers :-)

  3. Thanks.

I love your designs. I've been recommending them to people who ooh and ahh over the one I'm using.

  6. I'm trying to install this template but am getting this error message: Your template could not be parsed as it is not well-formed. Please make sure all XML elements are closed properly.
XML error message: The document type declaration for root element type "html" must end with '>'.
Any help for that? I hope so, I love the design!

  9. Hi mrs.idle, thanks for leaving a comment. I'm not sure exactly what is going on there but I think you should wipe your current template by selecting another "generic" blogger one and then try uploading the Sylvia Plath one (it's an XML template, so I hope you're not copying and pasting the code - you just have to upload the xml file from within the "template" section of your dashboard). The template definitely works, I've seen others using it.

  17. Sorry, I don't make html templates any more. They are old and clunky and don't look good in different browsers!
