I have included the Photoshop layered file in the zip folder and blank jpg and blank gif... so if you want to change it yourself... you easily can (assuming of course you have some kind of image editing software)!

No, your own blog title is not going to be visible as I've removed it to make way for the Sylvia Plath quote. Sorry, that's the way I've made it. You're more than welcome to edit the image in photoshop/graphics editor though and erase what's there and put yr own thing in.
